Automatic delivery of fuel oil provides the majority of our customers with a consistent supply of fuel oil and allows us to operate with the greatest efficiency.
We calculate the amount of fuel your home has used based on your historical use, or our estimate of similar home use.Our computer will then schedule a delivery when we estimate your fuel tank has one quarter of a tank reserve.When we reach this target, we schedule your delivery for the next business day.In this way, even if we have a cold day or bad weather, there is enough reserve in your home that you will not run out of fuel oil.
If you are concerned about the amount of fuel that your fuel gauge shows for your tank, please contact our office and we will let you know when your are scheduled for your next delivery.
Will Call
Some of our customers who have larger tanks (550 or 1,000 gallon) will ask us to deliver on a will call basis.We will make deliveries to these accounts the next business day.We have included a tank chart to allow you to know how much fuel remains in your tank.Please do not let your tank get below 25% before you call for your next delivery.

After delivery is made, a priced delivery ticket in a return envelope is left on your door.
