Protection Plan
This protection plan provides the services of out preventative maintenance program PLUS the repair of replacement of parts and labor to repair you heating system if repairs are required.
· We vacuum clean the burner and furnace to provide an clean furnace so your furnace can work efficiently.
· Perform efficiency test and adjust equipment to provide optimum efficiency for your heating equipment.
· Lubricate the blower motor, fan motor and circulation motors to provide quite service and increase motor life.
· Repair or replacement of the following parts if needed:
o Burner parts
o Nozzle
Fan
o Transformer
o Pump
o Strainer
o Coupling
o Electrodes
o Delayed valves
o Nozzle line
o Ignition wire
o Burner motor
o Cad Cell.

After April 15, parts shared by both the heating and cooling systems are covered only if customer has a central air conditioning plan.

There will be a labor charge for items replaced or repaired that are not covered under this service plan.
General Conditions:
Service agreements will automatically be renewed at the then prevailing rate, terms, and conditions unless notified. The agreements covered repairs and parts due to normal wear. Agreements will NOT cover any parts damaged by tank leakage, flood, water, fire, lightning, or other acts of God beyond our control. We will NOT be responsible for damages from leaking water or oil lines, lack of heating oil, or other damages caused by the heating system. Frozen or defective fill, vent, or oil lines are not covered. Termination can be made by either party at anytime. Plan is void if account is in violation of Fleming Petroleum Service credit policy or is heating oil account is not current.
