This service protection plan provides the services of out service plan program PLUS the repair of replacement of parts and labor to repair your air conditioner or heat pump system if repairs are required.
This service protection provides the following services:
Check Freon level of air conditioner or heat pump and replace Freon up to 2 lbs.(max 4lbs per season).
Clean condenser coil if needed.
Lubricate fan motor
Clean Evaporator coil if needed.
Check wiring connections.
Repair or replacement of the following parts:
Contactor Fan Motor Fan Blades Capacitor Fan Center Service Valves Wiring Disconnect
Labor
Labor Charge covered for the services listed in the above list weekdays 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m..
There will be a labor charge for items replaced or repaired that are not covered under this service plan.
